Alpha Motos
A live ERP for a motorcycle dealership network that sells in instalments: from first contact to last instalment, with workshop, parts, public site, customer portal and an AI chat hub on the same database.
The same motorcycle passes through inventory, inspection, contract, instalments, workshop and delivery, across different branches, and every step has its own screen, its own proof and its own owner.
One screen per step, and each step only opens once the previous one has proof. A motorcycle is not available without a photographed inspection. A contract does not go out without the driving licence attached. Settling an instalment asks for a receipt. And clicking twice creates neither a duplicate sale nor a duplicate charge, because what confirms the sale is the signature, not the operator.
The network's recurring revenue grew 83% since the system went live, and rose every single month of that period. Today the ERP, the public site, the customer portal and the AI chat hub all run on the same database.

Contact CRM
A kanban that runs from new contact to customer. Dragging the card changes the stage, and opening the record shows phone, document, stated interest and the person's sales history. A lead arriving from the landing page or from WhatsApp drops straight into the column with no typing, and the one from WhatsApp stays without a name until someone identifies who it is. Each role picks what it sees: every lead, only its own, or its own plus the ones with no owner yet.
Sales
The list splits sales into tabs by frequency, weekly, fortnightly and monthly. To create one, the salesperson goes through a five step wizard: Motorcycle, Promissory note, Customer, Contract and Finish. The wizard locks when the chosen motorcycle is in the workshop and asks for the master password to continue. A sale closed on paper comes in through the same place, and the contract comes out digitally signed.
Motorcycle inventory
A grid of cards with photo, price, status and the alerts of each motorcycle. Opening a card brings up a panel with plate, chassis number, registration number and the available actions. The top bar prints QR codes in batch, to label several motorcycles at once. The intake inspection, with checklist and photos, lives inside the workshop order.
Deliveries and release
The queue of motorcycles ready to leave. The row itself carries the buttons for Delivery form, Report, Attach receipt and Inspection, plus the signature, so the release happens without changing screen.
Workshop
A board of work orders in eight configurable columns. Each order splits the cost into parts, labour and outsourced service. A motorcycle that does not belong to the inventory comes in as a quote, goes through approval and becomes an invoice. There is a TV panel for the team on the shop floor, productivity reports, service notes and a settings screen for the module itself. The panel, the reports, the notes and the settings went in between 15 and 22 August 2026.
Parts
A parts catalogue with stock balance and a filter by compatible model, to find what fits the motorcycle on the bench. A purchase posts the expense in finance already paid, using a part takes it off stock and onto the motorcycle, and the system warns when the balance reaches the minimum.
Payments
A list of instalments with search by plate, name and document, filters for paid, pending and overdue, and a cut by period. Settling one by hand asks for the payment method, the bank account and the receipt, with the option of sending the receipt to the customer. Whoever prefers can let the payment confirmation settle the instalment on its own.
Finance
The shop's cash with accounts, cards, categories and transactions, and the result for the period at the top of the screen. A fixed expense is registered once and repeats on its own. Settling an instalment shows up mirrored in the statement, so finance and billing tell the same story.
Dashboard
Eleven cards at the top and ten blocks below. There is evolution over time, the funnel of the service handled by the AI, sales per team, inventory status, conversion per model, alerts, projection and operating costs.
Calendar
The calendar reads the Google Calendar linked to each user, so each person sees their own calendar inside the system. The screen has search, filters and the form for creating an event.
Settings and roles
A permission matrix where, role by role, you tick what each profile sees and can do. Releasing the chat hub for someone is a checkbox here. The same area holds the system registers, brands, models, colours, interest, instalments, terms and accounts, and the audit trail of what was changed.
Chat hub
A single inbox for WhatsApp and Instagram Direct, with the CRM record open inside the conversation. There is a mass send that runs as a step wizard, message templates, a board per department and a service dashboard. The AI handles reception and the first commercial contact, and hands over to the salesperson once the contact qualifies. Published and wired into the ERP menu since 5 August 2026.
Public site and customer portal
The site has a catalogue and a financing simulator open to any visitor. The customer portal sits at the same address: the person signs in with their tax id and a password, and the code sent on WhatsApp only shows up on the first access. Inside, they follow their purchases, their instalments and their contracts.
Support
Both sides of support. The user reports a problem through a form inside the system itself, without leaving for another channel. Whoever maintains it opens the ticket board, with filters for status, priority and module.
