I build the system a whole business runs on.

I'm twenty-one, I live in São Luís and I spend my days inside systems real people use to work. I'm co-founder and CTO at KortX. Finished requirements don't exist: they take shape alongside the people who live the operation, once it's clear where it jams and what eats their day.

No stage is a minor one. The database, the rules and the interface get the same attention, and that is what makes a system feel whole. Software in production isn't handed over either, it's watched: I know what mine are doing right now, so nobody operating them has to ask whether things are fine. I started in design, which is why interface is never the last thing I think about.
