Institutional website for the Maranhão Bar Association's internal affairs office, editable by the team itself, with an internal case portal behind a login.
The office needed to publish public information while tracking internal case files, two opposite audiences in one system.
A site the team edits without programming, and a portal behind a login where each profile opens the panel for its own scope, from the whole archive down to a single branch.

Public institutional site
A home page with a banner, the institutional presentation, quick access to services and a highlight of the cases people look up. Still on the public side: the team, news and media, frequently asked questions and contact with a form. A chat in the corner answers from the registered questions and hands over to WhatsApp.
Map of the branches
On the home page, a map of Maranhão drawn municipality by municipality lights up the towns that have a branch and shows the count beside it. The branches page lists each unit as a card with a cover photo, municipality, person in charge, address, phone and e-mail.
Calendar and courses
A monthly calendar with the month's commitments, and clicking a day opens the event details and the access link. The courses page lists each course with an image, date, format, venue and a sign up button, and automatically fades what has already passed.
Fee schedule with lookup and chat
An area where the lawyer looks up the official schedule of minimum fees: navigation by field of law, a filter inside the field, global search, a record for each item and the calculation of the amount from the value of the claim. The official PDF opens on the screen itself and can be downloaded. A chat answers in plain language, with a fixed notice that the official document is the final reference.
Cost and hourly rate calculator
The lawyer enters the office's fixed costs by category, monthly or yearly, states the productive hours, and the calculator returns the cost of an hour and an estimate per type of case. Each calculation can be saved, renamed, reopened and copied.
